Shipping and Handling Policy
Orders generally ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order, subject to product availability. Please see Terms and Conditions below.
Perishable items ship Monday - Wednesday only. Orders containing perishable items require special packaging and are not available to APO/FPO or P.O. boxes.
Due to the size or weight of certain products, additional shipping & handling charges may be incurred at time of shipment. On our site, this distinction is noted in the item's description. Any order whose total aggregate weight exceeds 5 lbs may incur additional shipping & handling charges.
Next Day Shipping:
All Next Day Shipping orders received after 1pm EST will be considered next business day and ship accordingly.
Canada and International Orders:
Please check your country's restrictions on specific supplements prior to placing your order, Divine Nature will be unable to ship any products restricted by destination country. If destination country returns package to sender due to restrictions, unclaimed or denied delivery customer will be refunded difference between shipping & handling and original charge of order. Delivery time is a guideline for receipt at your customs office. International customers will be responsible for all customs fees, tariffs or duties, if required, and are not refundable by Divine Nature.
"Our Nickel" Shipping Policy:
If the product you’d like is on back order, we’ll partial-ship your order immediately, then send you the out-of-stock item on "our nickel", via ground service—at no shipping cost to you—when it becomes available.
