Many people today are trying to find more and more ways to eat less and get more out of their diets. Some have found success but find themselves paying way too much for a diet they could not afford; paying $400-$1000 a month. Others strive to keep a low caloric intake by eating little or nothing at all each day. This is only starving the body of the real key nutrients that our bodies need to function. Even though, most of us are eating three times a day, we still can be malnourished. These ways of eating or not eating is not the way to manage your weight or achieve good health.
